About the Workshop

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this workshop is for you! This fun and straightforward workshop was created to help couples like you improve their friendship, intimacy and help reduce conflict.
Workshop Details
This workshop is based on the world-renowned research done by Dr. John Gottman in his New York Times bestselling book: The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work.
The principles and tools outlines in The Seven Principles teach couples new and long-lasting strategies to improve friendship and increase conflict management skills.
This workshop will help strengthen the relationship you have with your partner. If you have a strong relationship, this workshop will provide tools to enhance that partnership further. If, on the other hand, you are struggling in your relationship, this workshop will provide a clear map to repair and replace negative cycles.
The Seven Principles Workshop includes lectures, videos, and hands-on exercises for you to work on with your partner. The workshop also includes ‘The Seven Principles for Making marriage Work’ and two workbooks we will use during the workshops.

Matthew Benavidez, LMFT, is an authorized Seven Principles Program Leader who will lead the workshop and teach you what successful couples specifically do to create long-lasting loving relationships, as well as the benefits of a stable, committed relationship.
